CIRCLE GROUP ACCELERATES THE DIGITALISATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT: SPAIN PUSHES AHEAD WITH DeCA AND e-CMR, WHILE WEST EUROPE WITH PUESC

Circle confirms its position as
a leading player in the digitalisation of transport documents in a sector that is entering a new phase
of development in Europe. The evolution of the regulatory framework, the progressive adoption of
digital interoperability models and the approaching implementation of the eFTI ecosystems are
encouraging a growing number of logistics operators and transport companies to undertake
concrete digital transformation paths.
In this context, Spain is establishing itself as one of the most dynamic and forward-looking European
markets. In recent months, there has in fact been growing interest in solutions dedicated to
document digitalisation, with a particular focus on the adoption of DeCA (Documento Electrónico
de Control Administrativo), which will take effect on 5 October 2026, and the related acceleration
of e-CMR, as well as the European-level integration with the PUESC (Poland) and RO e-Transport
(Romania) systems.
