event ‘Osservatorio Digital B2b: nella Terra di Mezzo’, promoted by the Politecnico di
Milano.
The initiative, scheduled today, June 24 2025, at Aula De Carli – Building B9, Campus Durando,
Via Durando 10, 20156 Milan (MI), represents a moment of debate around the main lines of
digital evolution in B2B processes and document management. The main topics of the 2025
edition include field research to analyse document management (document formation,
management, preservation); regulatory evolution (eIDAS2, eFTI, eCMR, NSO, digital
preservation); digital solutions for the interface between businesses and PA (EDI, DMS, BPM);
regulatory impacts related to sustainability; and applications of Artificial Intelligence and
Generative AI in procedures between businesses and Public Administration.
