The project will exploit native integration and interoperability of Milos® with evolutive platforms used by Port of Trieste (Sinfomar, developed by Info.era), Samer & Co. Shipping and Ulusoy.
Circle Group, specialized in the analysis and development of automation and digitalization solutions for the port sectors and intermodal logistics headed by Circle S.p.A., parent company listed on the AIM Italia market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, and containing controlled company Info.era, signed a new important contract to provide Milos® Terminal Operating System (TOS) project to TIMT – Trieste Intermodal Maritime Terminal in the port of Trieste.
The project, which will also involve Samer & Co. shipping agency and Turkish operator Ulusoy, both in the capacity of shareholders of TIMT, will exploit native integration and interoperability of Milos® with evolutive platforms used by Port of Trieste (Sinfomar®, developed by Info.era), Samer & Co. shipping and Ulusoy.
These synergies will allow to share information among all players of the supply chain, obtaining real time information, event recording for more accurate reporting and visibility about yard availability situation, trailer operative management, mobile reach staker interoperability and significant optimization for shipping line planning and management.
In other words, the new integrated TOS will provide a single integrated, real-time view of all operations and data, and enable to take smarter decisions in a faster way, resulting in improved productivity and greater operational efficiency.
“We are grateful for TIMT, Samer & Co Shipping and Ulusoy trust and partnership. We believe this new cooperation is an important step towards TIMT evolution and we look with great interest to any new opportunity coming from it having regard, in particular, to optimization among Terminal and shipping line and evolutions of Customs simplification procedures between Italy and Turkey” stated Luca Abatello, CEO of Circle Group and President of Info.era”.
