We are Circle Group

Our people’s stories

MatteoInnovative Supply Chain

I am part of Circle Group since 2020 and this experience allows me every day to deal with a business I know thanks to my studies in maritime and port management. I mainly deal with process analysis activities in support of digitisation, innovation projects and business growth: the dynamic environment, highly motivated and competent colleagues and the perception of contributing concretely to the future of logistics and shipping are the right ingredients for a successful Group.

EnricoStrategic Communication & Dissemination

I started in Circle Group as an intern but I was immediately involved in the group's main activities: from corporate communication to European projects. Here I found a youthful, informal, international, stimulating and modern working environment, with capable and helpful colleagues who offered me many insights for my personal and professional growth.

MiriamMultimodal Transport Operator & Rail

I joined Circle group for a pre-graduate university internship and I was trained in an environment where I learnt the value and the importance of working in a team. I have always been given the opportunity to grow professionally by following projects covering various aspects of the logistics chain, which gave me a very broad view of this topic.

ElisaMarketing

"I joined Circle in 2022 and felt at home right away. I work in the Marketing team, a field that allows me to be creative and connect with many people. The environment is young, stimulating, and open to dialogue – there’s always room to share ideas and learn."

FrancescoMarketing

I joined Circle in January 2024 in the Marketing team and immediately had the opportunity to work on concrete and challenging projects. What I have found is an environment where you learn by doing, where ideas are listened to and everyone's contribution is valued. Working at Circle means growing every day, together with passionate and helpful people.
